'PRISM', 'we', 'us' refers to PRISM Analytical Laboratories. 'You' refers to any visitor, client, or user of our website or services. 'Services' refers to our analytical testing, reporting, and verification offerings.

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it to transmit harmful content.

The Report ID verification feature is provided so that certificates may be confirmed as authentic. You may not use verification data to misrepresent, alter, or falsely associate a certificate with any product or entity.

All testing and results provided by PRISM are for research use only. They are not a certificate of quality, safety, efficacy, or regulatory compliance.

Materials tested by PRISM are not authorized by Health Canada for human or veterinary use. Our reports are not for human or veterinary administration, clinical or diagnostic use, or label claims.

Results relate only to the sample as received by the laboratory and the tests performed, as and when received. They do not apply to any other unit, vial, lot, or batch, or to any other product bearing the same name or description.

A report is not a verification of any lot or batch. PRISM does not manufacture, source, or sell the materials it tests.

Certificates of Analysis may not be reproduced except in full. They may not be reproduced, displayed, quoted, or referenced — in whole or in part, including by any badge, seal, or link — in connection with the advertising, offer for sale, sale, or distribution of any product.

Each certificate is valid only as currently shown at prismlabs.ca/verify and may be withdrawn.

By placing an order you agree to pay the fees displayed at the time of ordering. Details of ordering, sample submission, turnaround, and refunds are set out in our Store Policy.

All content on this site — including text, logos, graphics, and the design of our Certificates of Analysis — is owned by or licensed to PRISM and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PRISM's liability in connection with any service shall not exceed the fee paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or the reliance on any report.

You agree to indemnify and hold PRISM harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your misuse of our services, your misrepresentation of any certificate, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which PRISM operates. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
